Returns and exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria below
- If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase you need to place the Refund/Exchange request within 30 days from when the item was received.
- The goods need to be complete and undamaged and with the original packaging.
- The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us.
- If your item is defective/broken/faulty and under warranty and is returned in 30 days we will refund the P&P costs.

If you wish to return or exchange your goods please complete the form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
Please note: You must enter the email address you used when ordering and returns will not be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.
