Teddy wore his new ruck in a storm last night for the first time and he was toasty warm when he came in this morning. There was no leaks at all so he was dry all over. Good sturdy straps. Lovely product.

I purchased the medium rug 6" for my 14h chunky cob. I have tried and tested numerous rugs various makes and prices from £29-£229!!derby house are the only ones that fit around the shoulders with comfort.
For the price, these are perfect. I don't expect them to last forever but at least one or two winter seasons is fine. I generally top up with waterproof spray after a couple of very wet months. As my horses live mostly out, they get their fair share of all weathers here on the saddleworth moors!!

Great rug - its easy and quick to put on and take off, love the colour, there are flaps which sort of overhang where the neck and chest meet so that water doesnt run into the rug, I also like that the inside material is almost slightly repellent itself. My horse sometimes gets quite scurfy and with this rug it is not sticking into the fabric or making it worse for my horse.
